The numbers below are the entire program, not a starting option. Phase 2 runs in parallel with Phases 1, 3, and 4, so the calendar timeline stays compressed. Every line item billed at one consistent discounted rate.
This program qualifies for our large-project discount, which reflects committed scope and a multi-phase engagement. The discount applies to every hour across every phase. Claude Enablement is priced lower still, because we want Paul fluent in the tools we are leaving behind.
At standard $175 per hour, the same scope would price out at $18,419. Locked-in discount holds for the duration of the program. Every phase is fixed-fee at quoted hours, no hourly billing surprises.
Each phase is a complete, billable milestone. Paul can pause between any two phases and walk away with working systems. The program is designed to deliver ROI in Phase 1a, not at the end.

Phase 2 (website) runs in parallel with the other phases on a separate workstream. The Foundation phase delivers ROI in week 2; everything after that compounds.
Every phase is a fixed-fee deliverable at the quoted hours, billed across 6 milestone blocks. If Claude or our methods finish faster, you pay the quoted amount, not a discounted one. If the work runs over, the overage is on us. That is what "fixed-fee" means. Backed by a 30-day implementation guarantee.
Six payment blocks, milestone-based. We kick off with 50% of Phase 1a and 50% of Phase 2 because those two phases run in parallel from week one. Every other block invoices on UAT sign-off or handoff. No hourly billing.
If anything in the delivered system isn't working as documented in the SOW within 30 days of full implementation, we fix it at no charge.
Bugs, broken integrations, prompt failures, missed deliverables, dashboards that don't load — all covered. The 30-day window starts the day Phase 4 hands off (final block paid). You log issues directly with us; we own resolution. No back-and-forth on whether a fix "counts" — if it deviates from what we promised in the SOW, we fix it.
After the guarantee window closes, we can keep working with BOA in one of two structures. We will discuss based on your actual usage in months 1-3, no commitment required up front.
New requests outside the quoted scope are tracked as separate change orders at the same $125/hr discounted rate. We will quote each one before starting, no surprise billing.
If you cancel after kickoff but before any phase ships, you pay the deposit plus pro-rata hours burned. We hand over whatever has been built. After a phase ships, that phase is paid in full and you keep all deliverables.

All third-party subscriptions (Zoho, Google Workspace, n8n, Anthropic, Claude Pro) are billed directly by those vendors to your account, not by Alfo AI.
